Shipping Policy
We aim to keep our product prices as low as possible. For this reason our shipping rates are currently at a level that covers our shipping costs and materials. As our business grows we will gain access to more affordable shipping costs and these reduce costs will be reflected in our shipping fees.
Shipping rates
We offer flexible and multiple options. Please choose carefully and the right one at check out. Prices start at $2.35. We offer FREE domestic shipping for orders over $250 (excluding pre-orders). To be eligible for free shipping, please ensure that your cart does not contain any pre-order items.
Packaging
All purchases will be packaged very carefully to ensure safe transit. We aim to reuse packaging where possible to reduce our impact on the environmental and to reduce the costs we need to pass on to you, our customers.
If you wish to have only all new materials used in your packaging please let us know with a note on your order and we will happily oblige.
Processing Time
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. We ship with Australia Post or Sendle only and we’ll pack your items carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged. within 1-2 business days.
Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Pick Up
You can select 'Pick Up' at checkout and arrange it, we're located in Sumner, Queensland. Please send a message via our notes, Facebook, or Contact Us once your order has been placed.
Pre-Order Items
If your cart contains any pre-order items, the entire order will be sent when all items are in stock. The manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date, apologies in advance for any delays this may cause.
Express Post Delivery Times
If you 're within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should arrive the next business day. Delivery can sometimes take up to 3 business days elsewhere.
International Shipping
All prices on our site are in AUD dollars as the base currency. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. The converted price is only a guide.
Due to Covid-19, please be patient. All orders are covered with insurance and will have tracking. If your order does not arrive within 35 days after the order is placed, we will launch an investigation and a case ID will be issued to you.
When ordering outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Brokenvase Games Pty Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Brokenvase Games Pty Ltd predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
