Pre-Order Policy

The Brokenvase allows you to pre-order items before they are available in store.

Please review our pre-order policy before proceeding with placing a pre-order.

• If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.
• The release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages.
• Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.
• Please place separate orders unless you are happy to wait.
• If you have placed an order and require separate postage due to a delay or mistake, please contact us to arrange.
• The release date on items is an estimate from our supplier, it can occasionally be further delayed.
• If an order is severely impacted by a delay, we will inform you and you will have the option for a full refund.
• If you are interested in purchasing a product through us that we do not currently have in stock, please contact us directly using the contact form here and we will do our best to help you out.
• Please note, as per our Shipping Policy, our free domestic shipping for orders over $250 does not include pre-ordered products.
